Put the theme on a flashdrive in the folder /PS3/THEME. Attach it to the ps3 and install it from the theme settings menu.

make folders like this:
PS3
->THEME
-->paste your themes.

What I did was rename my PSP file to PS3 and put the theme in the Theme file already there. But when you're done, rename it to PSP.
