How The Hell Do I Get These To Work

I am having an issue with getting these to be recognized by by PS3 without any removable media plugged in. So I downloaded them to a flash drive after creating the folder PS3\THEME and I cannot get them to be recognized in the Theme settings on the PS3. I have no idea what is the best thing to try.

it's all wrong

This theme is for the PSP and was mistakenly placed here by it's creator.PS3 doesn't support pft.files only p3t.
